Out of the 7 essentials listed, first and foremost, let’s address the elephant in the room – money. Yes, starting a business does require some capital.
But hey, who needs a fancy office with a view to start your empire  when you can build it from the comfort of your own garage? 

Just think of it as your very own Silicon Valley, minus the tech geniuses and the billion-dollar valuations. 

Ok, enough of the office details. Now, how much money do you need to start your own business? Well, that all depends on the type of business you’re starting. Create a detailed budget, figure out your funding options (savings, loans, investors), and be prepared for some financial ups and downs along the way.

Next up, you’ll need a killer idea. And no, I’m not talking about the next big thing that will revolutionise the world (although that would be nice). I’m talking about a solid business concept that solves a problem or fulfils a need.
A solid business idea. Again, whether it’s a revolutionary product, a unique service, or a quirky niche market, make sure your idea is something you’re truly passionate about. After all, you’ll be spending countless hours working on this baby, so it better be something you love! 

Research, Research, Research Once you’ve got your big idea, it’s time to do some serious research. 

Who are your competitors? 

What’s your target market? 

Is there a demand for your product or service? 

Get out there and gather as much information as you can – knowledge is power my friend, but only when applied when you have to! 

So put on your thinking cap and start brainstorming. Who knows, maybe the world has been waiting for a pet grooming service that specialises in styling poodles with Mohawks, right? You never know until you dive in.

But don’t go on searching for endless weeks & months without getting you anywhere, that’s gonna burn you out. Document your main & fascinating researches. Yes, you heard it right. You have to have your business first on paper before out there on any of the platforms.

Now, talking about paperworks, let’s not forget about The Legal Stuff, the not-so-fun part 

Yes, I know it’s not the most exciting part of starting a business, but hey, it’s a necessary “evil”. So get ready to fill out forms, register your business, obtain any necessary licenses or permits, and set up a legal structure (LLC, sole proprietorship, etc.). Don’t skip this step, unless you want the IRS knocking on your door! 

Just remember, Rome wasn’t built in a day, and neither will your business !

Next is Marketing Magic. You could have the best product or service in the world, but if no one knows about it, you’re doomed to fail. Develop a killer marketing strategy, build a strong brand, and get your name out there through social media, networking, and good old-fashioned word of mouth. Which is quite powerful.

The Right people-surround yourself with the right people. Whether it’s your family, a friend or a trusted advisor. Having a strong support system is crucial to your business’s success. Remember, it takes a village to raise a successful business!
